I had a wonderful experience at Optical Arts Inc. The energy in this place is amazing! The girls who helped me were so friendly, welcoming, and truly willing to help and give advice for my best interest. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and supported throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service and such a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this place! 

I had an extremely short but impactful experience with the ladies here! My glasses had been broken for weeks, with botched repairs here and there. I was struggling to find a solution, and I was ready to drop $200+ on a new exam and 2 pairs of glasses. I had heard Optical Arts had $50 exams, so as a last ditch effort, on a Saturday morning, I called them. They said they could swap my lenses into new frames for as low as $50! With 55 minutes till they closed, I rushed over. And without any hassle, I walked out with new frames for $50 exactly! They were super accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely incredible service! I had never been to Optical Arts before, but my wife insisted I stop by—she was sure they could help with my completely mangled sunglasses. She was right. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how kind, caring, and helpful everyone was. They not only took the time to fix my glasses, but they also did it free of charge. That level of generosity and customer care is rare these days. Leaving a 5-star review is the very least I can do. I highly recommend Optical Arts—they’ve earned a customer for life. And by the way, their selection of eyewear is absolutely top-notch!
